Your evening report is taken on your word: nothing is tracked or verified. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your iPhone, and cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. To move a subscription to a new device, open the paywall and choose Restore Purchases.

The Continental Blockade uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) and asks for your permission before sealing off any app; nothing about your usage ever leaves your device.
